On February 4. 2010, the cultural event “An Evening with Vladimir Tasić“ took place at the Consulate General. Tasić who won the prestigious “Nin” and “Vital” awards for his book “Rain and Paper” met the Serbian community for the first time in this setting.

The author spoke about his works, the process of    writing, the role of the writer in society, about his coming to Canada, as well as his future creative works as a writer He presented his new book “Glass Wall” to the audience which consisted of many eminent members of the Serbian community.
